At Freeport High School, students this week will be doing AP tests for their classes. So far, students have completed AP European History, AP Biology, and AP Literature and Composition.
“I feel like it went well. I had a pretty good understanding of all of the topics that were on it,” said Quinn Krzeminiski, who took the AP European exam.
“It was good but took longer than expected and because it was the first time many students took an AP test it gets them ready for the future,” Ashton Roelfs, who took the AP Euro exam, said.
“I think it went horrible,” Isaiah Baker, who took the AP Biology exam, said. “I did not feel prepared at all. It was my first ever AP exam, but I feel more prepared now that I have the first AP exam out of the way.”
Students felt very prepared for their AP exams and felt good going into it.
“I felt very prepared. Mr. Banghart is a great teacher. You can tell he is very passionate about AP European History,” said Krzeminiski
“I felt prepared Mr.Banghart did a great job of getting me ready with the review and the assignements we have done all year,” Roelfs said.
“I took AP US History and AP Lang last year and got a 3 and 4 on them, so they went well,” Krzeminiski said.
On Thursday, students will take AP African American History, and, on Friday, students will take AP US History. Next week, students will take AP Language and Composition.
