Freeport boys wrestlers competed in regionals last month at Sterling High School.
All the people who are advancing to sectionals are: Treyden Diduch (106), Jrue Montoya (120), Jaylen Lowe (126), Thomas Olson (138), Blake Slusser (144), Sajjad Abdulrazzaq (157), Jakhari Randall (190), Israel Goodman (215), and Kareem Odeh (285).
“It feels fantastic to have wrestlers make it to sectionals, and the goal is to make it to state.”, Head Coach Nate Arendt said.
“As soon as I finished the last match, I felt relieved. I am approaching sectionals like any other tournament, and the goal is to make it to state.”, Wrestler Kareem Odeh said.
